The Global CemFinance Conference is the unique and vitally important event for the financial and project needs of the global cement industry. The global cement industry represents around $460bn of invested capital, which annually records approximately $100bn of revenue. Annually projects are announced for around 60 million tonnes of new cement capacity (with a capital investment of around US$12bn) - even excluding China, the world's largest cement producer.
The Global CemFinance Conference will examine global cement industry trends, will address the finance needs of cement companies world-wide in these tough economic times, as well as focusing on the vital factors that can make the difference between project calamity and triumph.
Harnessing Global Cement's unparalleled cement and financial-industry contacts, the event will bring cement companies, service firms and equipment producers together for two days of information exchange, networking and contact-building, in the heart of the City of London. The event is organised by Global Cement and includes a networking social evening by the River Thames at the end of the first day's conference.
