Conference information
The conference language is English - full simultaneous translation will be provided, for English, Portuguese and Spanish.
The dress code for the conference and awards gala dinner is smart casual/business suit.
During the conference, the conference organisers may be contacted at the Delegate Registration Desk.
Name badges
Participants are requested to wear their name badges visibly at all times during the conference. Persons not wearing name badges may be denied access to the conference/exhibition/lunches/cocktails/dinner.
Farewell reception
All delegates, exhibitors and guests are invited to the farewell reception and award of conference prizes, commencing immediately after the end of the conference programme. The reception will include the presentation of the announcement of the Best Presentation prize, as judged by delegates, along with the Lucky Dip prize draw.
