China: Anhui Conch Cement has concluded a deal to acquire equipment and software supplier Conch IT Engineering outright. Reuters has reported the value of the deal as US$18m.

China: Anhui Conch Cement has engaged Conch IT Engineering for software platform supply and maintenance services for some of its subsidiaries. The supplier will provide design and technical services for the production process control system software, a sales and product dispatch system, production data uploading and a quality management system for clinker production lines, grinding units, aggregate, commodity concrete and technology modification projects. The value of the work is US$36m.

China: Anhui Conch IT Engineering has struck a deal to supply equipment and software design services to Anhui Conch’s plants as part of a smart factory project. The contract has a value of US$12.5m with previously related work over eth last year having an additional value of around US$11m. The work is intended to support the company’s aggregate project construction and enhance its production lines.
