Carbon capture, utilisation and sequestration for cement and lime

3rd Global CemCCUS Conference, Exhibition and Awards 2026

9 - 10 June 2026 Hamburg, Germany

Radisson BLU Hotel Hamburg, Congressplatz 2, D-20355 Hamburg

Field trip to Holcim's Lägerdorf cement plant on 11 June 2026

"The best conference I participated in during almost 20 years of professional life"

The 3rd Global CemCCUS Conference and Exhibition will take place in Hamburg, Germany, on 9 - 10 June 2026, with a confirmed field trip to Holcim's Lägerdorf cement plant on 11 June 2026.

The 3rd Global CemCCUS Conference and Exhibition will cover developments and the state-of-the-art in carbon capture, utilisation and sequestration for the cement and lime industries.

Carbon capture from cement and lime production and its subsequent use or sequestration will be unavoidable in a world which requires net-zero-carbon emissions by 2050. Once cement and lime producers have done everything else that they can to reduce their CO2 emissions - measures that are covered in the sister-conferences Global CemFuels, Global Slag and Global FutureCem - then they will be obliged to capture the rest, and either repurpose it, or sequester it.

Global CemCCUS will specifically address the following themes:

  • Legislative and regulatory trends;
  • Legal and finance;
  • Global CCUS advances;
  • Gas conditioning;
  • Dust filtration options;
  • Sensor & analysis;
  • Process control;
  • Carbon capture technologies;
  • Compression and cryogenics;
  • Storage options;
  • Pipeline practicalities;
  • Logistic and transportation options;
  • Sequestration possibilities;
  • Repurposing and upcycling CO2;
  • Project management & finance

Delegates are expected to attend from more than 30 countries, to learn about the state-of-the-art in carbon capture, use and sequestion. If your business emits CO2 from cement and lime production, then you must attend!
