Covid testing
In accordance with the Pro Global Media Covid Policy, adherence to which is a precondition for attendance, all attendees are required to undergo Covid testing on first arrival - without exception. Tests are provided as part of your registration, and in order to gain admittance to the event, your test must be negative.
We strongly suggest that you test yourself before setting out on your journey to attend the event.
You are urged to take precautions against catching Covid during your journey to the event!
On arrival at the conference venue, come up the stairs and pick up a single-use Covid testing pack. We will have space for you to take the test.
Take the test yourself, as directed by the instructions in the pack (the tests are nasal-only).
Put the test in the bag, wait five minutes, and take the test to the results desk.
If your result is negative, you will be able to complete your registration.
If your result is not clear (error in testing, for example) you will be obliged to take another test.
If your test is positive, you will be required to vacate the building and to make your own arrangements for isolation and subsequent onward travel (sorry, you will not be able to attend the conference).
