“This feedback is a token of my appreciation for the privilege extended to have been part of the conference on how to improve on maintenance practice in this COVID-19 pandemic period. In fact, it would be least to say I have benefited greatly from the program in particular, cost-cutting measures explained such as the repair and re-use of old spares.I also enjoyed the presentation of Dr. Tarek Nasr who discussed, "Prospects for maintenance of main production buildings of cement plants in the time of corona-virus". He detailed salient inspections that needed to be carried out on cement plant structural buildings. He differentiated preliminary investigation from main investigation, inland and abroad plants evaluation using graphical figures and pictures. Finally, he highlighted the importance of performing structural assessment of main production building and its effect on budget planning. Later speakers such as Mark Mutter, that handled the subject "Developments in benchmarking and optimised use of data" Pankaj Jain that speak on " Emerging X'tralife welding & wear protection technologies apt for COVID-19 era, as well as "Operating model plants". I enjoyed them all. These are experts, resourceful and seasoned professionals in their respective fields. In case of future conferences such as this please do not hesitate to keep me informed of it. Thump up for you guys for the great job. In particular, the organisers and those who work behind the scene to make it a success.”
