The May 2016 issue of Global Cement Magazine has a focus on the Americas to coincide with this year's IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Industry Technical Conference and Exhibition. The issue includes a report on the US market and an in-depth look at the Texas cement sector in 2015 and early 2016.
It also includes interviews with US Portland Cement Association (PCA) president James Toscas and PCA's chief economist Ed Sullivan along with a site visit to Ash Grove's Midlothian cement plant and a look at Entsorga's MBT technology in West Virginia. The March 2016 issue of Global Cement Magazine includes a detailed look at coal use in the cement sector plus articles on alternative fuels, conveying, marine and road distribution, silo safety, quarrying and carbon capture and storage. It also includes the winner, runners-up and commended entries from the Global Cement Photography Competition 2016.
To coincide with the forthcoming Global CemFuels Conference and Exhibition in Prague, Czech Republic, the February 2016 issue of Global Cement Magazine has a strong focus on the use of alternative fuels in the cement sector. It includes a Keynote article from HeidelbergCement and technical articles from major suppliers.
