1st Global Ash Conference & Exhibition - June 2024 - Location to be announced

Global Ash Conference and Exhibition will look at ash supplies worldwide (including ash storage facilities), at ash shipping and trading, and at ash demand - including from the cement and concrete industries. Technology for ash beneficiation, ash handling and ash use will also be covered. 

• Ash as an alternative raw material for low-CO₂ cement manufacture
• Ash production, shipping, trade and supply and demand trends
• Ash beneficiation, handling, storage and dosage technology
• Different ash types for cement, concrete and construction

The Global Ash Conference will bring producers of ash from around the world, together with buyers and users from cement, concrete and other industries, as well as including leading academics, shippers, traders, equipment and service suppliers. The Global Ash Conference, organised by Global Cement Magazine, will benefit from strong links with the global cement-concrete industry, helping to find willing buyers for today’s precious ash supplies. Supply and demand dynamics will be examined in detail, as well as shipping trends. The possibility of using different ash types as ‘pre-decarbonated’ raw materials for clinker production will also be covered.

Delegate fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings book including delegate names/company/country and all available powerpoint slides, memory stick including all available presentations in pdf or format, participation in networking/speed-dating sessions, delegate name badge, special distribution magazine, conference briefcase, coffee breaks and snacks, lunches, welcome reception and farewell reception.

The conference super-early-bird registration fee is £595 and the conference early-bird registration fee is £695. The standard rate is £795. Speakers register for £395, while confirmed-ash/cement/concrete-producer speakers register free. The conference dinner will take place at a spectacular venue, yet to be announced, and is bookable separately during registration at a rate of £95. 

Ash-producers (such as thermal-coal power stations), cement-producers (for example from companies such as CNBM, LafargeHolcim, Anhui Conch, HeidelbergCement etc) and concrete producers - including ready-mix and precast - (such as CNBM, Cemex, LafargeHolcim, HeidelbergCement and CRH) qualify for a £200 discount on delegate fees.

Note: The organisers reserve the right to alter future registration fees on an ongoing-basis, if required by currency movements or other unavoidable circumstances. Pre-existing bookings will not be affected.
