France: In its third quarter financial results, Holcim has announced the acquisition of Cem'In'Eu Group. No value for the transaction has been disclosed.
Cem'In'Eu's first plant, Alienor Ciments in Tonneins, was inaugurated in 2018. Its second facility, Rhone Ciments in Portes-les-Valence, began operating in 2021. Both sites have a production capacity of 240,000t/yr of cement.
